Mens Health Month November

In November 2024 to mark the beginning of Men’s Health Month ManHealth are launching a new campaign to raise awareness of premature death in men.

Too Many Men Die Too Soon. More than 133,000 men die early every year in the UK, often from preventable illnesses.  Almost two in five 39% of UK men die prematurely. That’s too many Fathers, brothers, Sons, Husbands lost too soon.  In November which is Men’s Health Month we are encouraging everyone to get active to improve not only your health but to help us to encourage more men to make better lifestyle choices.

This free program is designed to kickstart your fitness journey, help you build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall well-being. You can do this programme as an individual who wants to support more men or you can do it with your work colleagues or family. The hope is that we are able together to change the way men think about their health. So, whether you’re a fitness novice or looking to get back into a regular exercise routine, this challenge offers a structured and progressive plan to meet your goals. Every donation, big or small, makes a significant impact for ManHealth. You can choose to do the set 30 day challenge or create your own event / challenge.

To help raise awareness this November, Men’s Health Month ManHealth are asking the people in our communities to be a little more proactive than growing a moustache. We are encouraging everyone to get active to improve not only your health but to help us to encourage more men to make better lifestyle choices.
